It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure delivery addresses are secure. All unsuccessful deliveries will result in the goods being returned to Erica Bronwyn. The re-delivery of goods is available and will incur an additional delivery fee to the purchaser. 

Erica Bronwyn uses multiple reputable courier companies to deliver physical goods. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery company chosen. Erica Bronwyn is not responsible for goods that are either damaged in transit or not received. Erica Bronwyn should be notified immediately of damaged or lost goods. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Erica Bronwyn.
